This role includes overseeing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, applications development, and leading multidisciplinary teams.Your responsibilities include:Define the IT strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.Lead the planning and execution of complex technology projects.Ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO, etc.).Oversee IT infrastructure management, ERP systems, and cloud platforms.Optimize data governance processes and promote analytics and AI-driven solutions.Manage the IT budget and negotiate contracts with technology vendors and partners.Drive innovation and digital culture across the organization.Coordinate global IT teams and foster professional growth among team members.The ideal candidate should possess:A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.Extensive experience in IT leadership roles (10+ years), preferably in complex and international environments.Deep knowledge of IT architectures, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data governance.Strong skills in project management and change management.Excellent communication and strategic leadership abilities.Additional skills (nice to have):Experience in digital transformation and technology innovation programs.Knowledge of Business Intelligence and AI tools.Hands-on experience in AI development and integration of machine learning solutions into business processes.Exceed expectations revealing:A unique personality and a true passion for IT and hospitality.Ability to perform analysis, define new processes to improve services for our teams.Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Embrace global diversity by speaking:Italian – fluentlyEnglish – fluentlyAdditional languages are a plus.Unlock a world of benefits including:Exclusive discounted stays within the group.Discounts with our partners.Ticket Restaurants for delightful dining.Embrace growth with:An attractive compensation package based on your experience.The chance to be a part of an ambitious, caring organization.At Starhotels, our commitment to equality and inclusion expresses our desire to create a work environment that recognises and appreciates the uniqueness of each person and promotes diversity in all its nuances.
