**Summary of the role**

The **Service Leader Team (M/F/d)**will coordinate a service team for Italy (9 persons currently) from field activities to technical support, as well as customers, using corporate tools and processes and will be reporting to the Service EMEA South Manager. Part of the daily business will be the planning of resources, inventory control, to reach the targets and contribute to the sales budget.

The team leader will implement Nordson’s programs and policies and collaborate with other country peers being part of EMEA Service team.

**PROFILE REQUIRED (Italy field service leader)**

**Skills**
- Dynamic person, oriented to teamwork, with clear and honest communication and with a vocation to serve the client, working in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
- Capable of coordinating activities to implement service tasks
- Have excellent communication skills to work with multiple teams for optimizing collaboration

**Capabilities**
- Goal Orientation and Customer Service
- Ability to manage and plan resources and people
- Communicating to the team
- Able to work in pressure environments and set priorities

**Experience**
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years in industrial sectors, experience in maintenance in production plants and knowledge of the packaging or food/beverage industry will be valued
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in management teams

**Education background**
- Technical background required. Engineering degree preferably electro-mechanics. PLC programming knowledge is also valued
- English language is essential
- User-level knowledge of the main IT tools (Windows environment, CRM, etc.)
- Driver's license

**Other**
- Willing to reside in the geographical environment of Milan.
- 20% traveling required
