- **Role Overview**_

We are looking for a **Finance Manager** to lead OhmSpace’s financial planning, performance monitoring, and administrative control as we scale our operations. You will act as the central financial partner to the executive team, helping translate strategy into numbers and structure.

This is a cross-functional role with strong ownership of business planning, forecasts, budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, and external accounting coordination. You will shape the company’s financial backbone while supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Practical tasks will be supported by the Project Assistant Intern.
- **Key Responsibilities and Tasks**_
- **Strategic Financial Planning**_
- Build and maintain the company’s business plan and long-range financial model.
- Drive the forecasting process, including rolling updates based on project evolution.
- Lead the annual budgeting process across all cost centres and departments.
- Conduct scenario modelling to support executive and investor decisions.
- **Financial Control & Reporting**_
- Prepare the monthly final report (actuals vs. budget), including variance analysis and commentary.
- Track key financial KPIs, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Ensure timely and accurate internal reporting to the leadership team.
- **Procurement & Invoice Lifecycle**_
- Manage the purchase order process: tracking requests, ensuring proper documentation, and verifying supplier terms.
- Oversee invoice validation, matching against POs and deliveries.
- Track payments, support cash flow visibility, and assist in maintaining supplier trust and transparency.
- **Accounting and Regulatory Interface**_
- Serve as the main point of contact with external accountants, payroll providers, and fiscal consultants.
- Coordinate monthly closings, year-end financial statements, and local compliance obligations (VAT, INPS, INAIL).
- Collaborate on audit and reporting requirements, ensuring high documentation standards.
- **Public Funding & Grants Support**_
- Coordinate submission of financial documents and monitor grant compliance in collaboration with internal resources and external advisors.
- **Mandatory Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial control, FP&A, or business planning.
- Proficiency in:

- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Managing purchase cycles and invoice flows
- Spreadsheet modelling and/or FP&A tools
- Experience in working with external accountants and ensuring compliance with Italian accounting standards.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- **Preferred Skills**:_
- Background in tech, aerospace, manufacturing industry.
- Background in startup environments.
- Familiarity with ERP or financial systems.
- Experience with public grants and financial documentation for funding bodies.
- Comfort managing hybrid internal/external finance setups.

- Salary: Up to €50,000/year (commensurate with experience)

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Retribuzione: €40.000,00 - €50.000,00 all'anno
