The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.

**Position**:
THE IMPACT:
He/She supports the suggestions of effective business solutions and optimized / integrated processes implementing the best systems available. Supports the direct manager handling system issues in collaboration with the Maintenance & Support team and external partners.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Support company functions defining and drafting business requirements
- Collaborate with all IT teams to drive end-to-end process design, with the right technology and data solutions, ensuring a robust Integrated Landscape
- Support the execution the relevant IT projects (resources, costs, risks, time and budget) providing regular updates on the status of projects, problems and solutions and manage the critical issues until their complete resolution
- Ensure the necessary training on processes and systems for key users, encouraging them to participate in the key user's community

**Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Business / Economics or similar
- Full professional proficiency in Italian and at least B1 in English
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (good knowledge of Access will be considered a plus)
- Knowledge of any ERP modules will be considered a plus
- Previous experience (thesis or internship) in similar role will be considered a plus
- Curiosity, proactivity and ability to work in teams will complete the profile.
