All’interno della nostra **area di Business** stiamo cercando un/a **Sales Manager**, professionale e dinamico/a, che possa relazionarsi con le imprese del territorio umbro-marchigiano.

La figura sarà responsabile di guidare l’intero ciclo di vendita - dalla generazione di lead alla chiusura del contratto, concentrandosi sulla gestione del portafoglio clienti e sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.

**Attività**:

- Far leva sui propri contatti e relazioni per proporre soluzioni e servizi Metisoft.
- Generare nuove opportunità di Business qualificate.
- Gestire il cliente.
- Gestire l’intero ciclo della vendita.
- Gestire e supportare correttamente il coinvolgimento della struttura di presales.
- Collaborare con i colleghi della struttura di business aziendale.
- Tracciare tempestivamente ed accuratamente le informazioni commerciali sul CRM aziendale.
- Partecipare attivamente alla definizione di piani commerciali e di marketing.
- Supportare gli account per la gestione dei clienti.
- Supportare il Top Management nei percorsi decisionali.
- Partecipare ad eventi commerciali e di branding per Metisoft.

**Skills richieste**:

- Laura in discipline STEM o studi in ambito gestionale/economico.
- Almeno 4 anni di esperienza come Sales Manager o Sales Account maturata presso società di consulenza e di servizi IT.
- Esperienza di vendita progetti PLM/MES e SAP ERP su target Mid-Enterprise.
- Profonda conoscenza delle dinamiche di vendita di servizi IT applicativi nel mondo manifatturiero.
- Conoscenza di alto livello delle principali piattaforme IT.
- Relazioni con aziende del territorio umbro-marchigiano.
- Conoscenza dell’inglese almeno a livello B2.
- Disponibilità a trasferte su territorio nazionale e internazionale.
