**The team you will be a part of**:

- The Business Process team develops, implements and sustains cross-functional process improvement projects and business-wide improvement initiatives including training, mentoring, and consulting with Black Belts, Champions, and Green Belts. Identifies, suggests and implements best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize processes in all areas of the business.

**This role in summary**:
Execute the WCM strategy deployment through the plant, and support footprints and new product introduction projects from a lean manufacturing standpoint (WCM principles) in a bronze factory at 50 WCM score.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Monitor KPIs / KAIs and activities needed to support project execution and right timing at factory level leveraging on Cost deployment and sustain the expected productivity result with the right tools in term of knowledge;
- Contribute to the WCM knowledge creation, management and diffusion, supporting WCM central pillar leader;
- Support WCM central pillar leader in Education and Training activities to be deployed in the factory together with People Development;
- Develop the knowledge of new advanced tool and sustain the existing one;
- Support factory pillar teams during Kaizen events and make sure methodology and problem solving tools are applied correctly;
- Participate in WCM internal reviews, providing feedback to Central Pillar leader and local team, making follow up on specific topics which require attention.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Education: Engineering Master Degree
- Language skills: Italian and English proficient
- WCM knowledge (at least 4-5 years experience in the role)
- Problem solving
- Change management
- Project management
