Which is why we’re searching for our International Luxury Hotel Brand located in Rome a Barman with the perfect mix of skills to make every guest experience truly memorable.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
- Always ensure the delivery of exceptional beverage service, providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting and waiting on all guests.
- Exceeds guest’s expectations
- Establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with productive working relationships.
- Acknowledging service standards and sequence of service
- In charge during your duties of all aspects of the bar assigned
- Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
- Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and proper service. Knowledge of food allergies and intolerance
- Take orders and create tailored drinks
- Preparing and serving a wide variety of hot, cold, artisan and speciality beverages
- Receiving and processing guest payments
- Utilize the POS system
- Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant, and public area and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed
- Attend staff training
- Reporting to Bar Manager / Mixologist
