MISSION: The role of the Barman/Barmaid is to welcome and assist customers, prepare and serve both simple beverages and cocktails, ensure the smooth operation of the bar, handle billing, manage inventory, and maintain stock levels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Professional Technique and Customer Relations: - Welcome and advise customers in their beverage selection, presenting all specific offers - Ensure prompt service to customers by adapting organization and pace according to the level of activity - Address customer complaints following established procedures and report them to the manager - Build strong customer relationships through personalized recommendations and exceptional service - Treat every customer as a special guest - Prepare and serve drinks according to brand standards - Organize and stock the bar area - Manage inventory and supplies - Have extensive knowledge of all bar products and menu offerings - Adhere to brand and hotel policies and procedures - Embody the Heartist spirit in all customer interactions Sales and Commercial Awareness: - Promote current commercial offers - Enhance the bar's offerings and contribute to the overall ambiance Cross-Functional Engagement: - Communicate and collaborate closely with other departments (kitchen, banquet hall, restaurant, reception, etc.) Hygiene, Safety, and Environmental Awareness: - Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and ensure food safety by adhering to daily HACCP hygiene standards - Follow instructions for the safe use of equipment and materials - Support the company's sustainable development plan (energy conservation, recycling, waste separation, etc.) REQUIRED SKILLS: - Team player - Strong sense of hospitality, service, and quality - Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and demonstrate sales skills - Availability and responsiveness - Diligence and organization - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in languages as required by the hotel - Extensive knowledge of products, techniques, and mixology - Familiarity with alcohol and legislation pertaining to sales If you are an enthusiastic professional with a knack for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, we would love to hear from you Join our team and be a part of creating unforgettable moments for our valued guests.
