A seguito della continua crescita ed espansione, stiamo cercando una risorsa per il ruolo di **Head Of Cyber Security Services** da inserire nella divisione **Cyber-Bee S.r.l.** di **R1 Group**, presso la sede di Roma.

**La risorsa selezionata si occuperà di**:

- Definire le metriche di controllo del team e gestire gli incidenti di sicurezza informatica;
- Supportare i progetti in ambito cybersecurity, identificando soluzioni di miglioramento;
- Gestire i rapporti con le terze parti, curando i requisiti di sicurezza e pianificando audit;
- Garantire la leadership del team e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali;
- Assegnare priorità alle attività e ai progetti, bilanciando risorse e carichi di lavoro;
- Promuovere la crescita professionale del team attraverso formazione e coaching.

**La risorsa ideale deve essere in possesso di**:

- Esperienza di almeno +3 anni in ambito cybersecurity, acquisita in contesti IT complessi;
- Buone capacità di lavoro in team e di leadership;
- Laurea triennale o magistrale, preferibilmente a indirizzo informatico o in discipline affini (es. Ingegneria Informatica, Scienze e Tecnologie Informatica, Sicurezza Informatica)
- Conoscenza dei principali framework e standard di settore (es. GDPR, NIST, ISO27001);
- Conoscenza delle normative di riferimento in ambito cybersecurity;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottime capacità di analisi, problem solving e comunicazione.

**Plus che apprezziamo**:

- Certificazioni in cybersecurity (CPEH, OSCP, CompTIA Security+ o simili);
- Certificazioni in IT Governance (Lead Auditor ISO27001, Lead Auditor ISO22301 o simili);
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore della consulenza o simili.

È richiesta inoltre disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio.
