Il Gruppo è alla ricerca di un Executive Chef che si occupi della supervisione e gestione delle attività di cucina di entrambi gli Outlet della struttura (bistrot Il Caffè e ristorante stellato Palais Royal), oltre che i servizi di Breakfast e Room Service, secondo le procedure e indicazioni dell’Executive Chef di Gruppo.

- Principali Attività:_

**Gestione attività operative**
- Supervisionare e coordinare le attività di cucina di entrambi gli Outlet della struttura (bistrot Il Caffè e ristorante stellato Palais Royal), oltre che i servizi di Breakfast e Room Service, secondo le procedure e indicazioni dell’Executive Chef di Gruppo
- Confronto quotidiano con l’Executive Chef di Gruppo, al fine di implementare al meglio le procedure e mantenere gli elevati standard di qualità
- Confronto quotidiano con l’F&B Manager della struttura
- Analizzare e monitorare il food cost, proponendo e adottando necessarie misure correttive
- Gestire il budget della cucina e garantire l’efficienza dei consumi
- Supervisionare gli acquisti e la gestione delle scorte
- Programmare l’approvvigionamento delle risorse alimentari
- Gestire i rapporti con i fornitori
- Ottimizzare i processi operativi per migliorare l'efficienza e la redditività degli outlet

**Gestione del Personale**
- Reclutare, formare e supervisionare il personale di cucina
- Garantire il rispetto degli standard di servizio definiti dal Gruppo
- Definire obiettivi individuali e collettivi e valutare le performance
- Promuovere lo sviluppo professionale e motivare i team per raggiungere l'eccellenza
- Assistere il personale della cucina nella preparazione dei cibi e nell’esecuzione delle ricette

**Controllo Qualità e Igiene**
- Garantire il rispetto delle norme di igiene e sicurezza alimentare (HACCP)
- Gestire i feedback dei clienti e implementare azioni correttive, se necessario

**Profil**:

- Profilo:_
- 5+ anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente in contesti alberghieri di lusso
- Competenze in ambito analisi dati e food cost
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di problem solving
- Ottime capacità di adattamento ai cambiamenti
- Forte cultura aziendale e atteggiamento propositivo
