**Descrizione azienda**:
Il nostro cliente, società di servizi IT che offre soluzioni di outsourcing e consulenza per la digitalizzazione dei processi aziendali, è alla ricerca di un Sales Director.

**Posizione**:
Il/la nuova professionista, a riporto del Direttore Generale del Gruppo, avrà un ruolo peculiare all’interno della società, con l’obiettivo di definire la strategia del piano commerciale. Al contempo, la figura ricoprirà una posizione operativa, al fine di supportare e seguire gli investimenti e le trattative più complessi.

In particolare, dovrà:

- gestire attività di analisi del mercato e di account management con i clienti già attivi nel portfolio della company, in ottica di up-selling e cross-selling, con obiettivo di crescita delle relazioni di vendita con essi;
- definire le strategie, gli obiettivi e i KPI sales per supportare i processi commerciali;
- gestire un team di 18 persone dell’area sales e supervisionare le operazioni di vendita dell’organico.

La persona ricercata, con diploma o laurea preferibilmente in materie economiche e dovrà aver maturato un’esperienza consolidata in una posizione commerciale di servizi IT e/o in società di consulenza/system integrator, preferibilmente in contesti di media complessità.

**Requisiti**:
Completa il profilo:

- aver maturato un’ esperienza mínima di almeno 5 anni a presidio di una funzione commerciale;
- una spiccata attitudine alle attività analitiche e organizzative, oltre a flessibilità e rapidità decisionale;
- solida leadership e people management, per mantenere unito il team nel proprio operato:

- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
