- Collaborate in Release Management and Change Management Process used for managing software releases from development stage to go-live. This Processes allows to govern and control Projects Lifecycle and Scheduling before their deployment into Production Environment. The primary Objective of both processes is to control that Live Environment integrity is protected and that evolution are correctly Released.
- Support processes, operative tasks and data collection/aggregation to assure high quality on KPI, synthetic Dashboard and data analysis evolution.
- Foster continuous improvement of analysis performed.

Requisiti
- Analytical skills and mindset
- Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- Academic Education in STEM fields
- Eligibility for a 6 months, full-time curricular internship experience (being a student enrolled in Barchelor’s or Master’d degree for the whole internship)
- Fluency in English
- Programming skills will be considered as a plus
