**Team/Area Mission**
- Our team is an integral part of the global Specialized Lending division and the local Financing Italy team, entrusted with structuring bespoke financial solutions for companies. The Structured Finance Consumer Goods, Luxury, and Healthcare Italy team is dedicated to providing tailor-made financing solutions for enterprises operating in the consumer goods, luxury, and healthcare sectors and is in charge of both deal execution and origination. The team plays a pivotal role in driving financial strategies for leading businesses in these industries.

**Key Expected Activities**
- As an intern, you will be actively involved in structuring financing solutions and analyzing companies within the consumer goods, luxury, and healthcare sectors. This includes preparing financial models and conducting related analyses. Additionally, you will contribute to market data collection and financial information analysis, while also participating in the preparation of materials for client presentations and internal meetings. Your contributions will directly impact our team's success and provide you with hands-on experience in investment banking.

Requisiti
- To be eligible for this internship, you must be a university student currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Economics, Finance, or related fields at an Italian university. A genuine interest and passion for the financial sector and the consumer goods, luxury, and healthcare markets are crucial. Solid financial analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential attributes. Moreover, you should possess the capacity to manage your workload efficiently, adapt to varying workflows, and meet strict deadlines without compromising attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is necessary, and fluency in both Italian and English languages is a must.
