"At NetApp, we fully embrace and advance a diverse, inclusive global workforce with a culture of belonging that leverages the backgrounds and perspectives of all employees, customers, partners, and communities to foster a higher performing organization." -George Kurian, CEO **Job summary**: The _Account Technology Specialist_is_ the cornerstone to creating customer value with NetApp technology and solutions **Job requirements**: - Building on-premise or hybrid clouds environments. - Storage and Data Management experience. - Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Dev Ops, and/or IT environment orchestration would be a plus. - Understand Cloud Service Providers - and how to leverage them for business outcomes. - Fluent in Italian and English. **Skills requirement**: - Understand the challenges our customers face and craft technology solutions to address them. - Use excellent communication skills to articulate the benefits of NetApp in presentations, demonstrations, and dialog with customers and our partners. - Create designs/architectures for the solutions that your customers need - oftentimes combining NetApp products with those of our technology alliance partners. - Help customers prove or test technology solutions in their environment. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and Alliances at various levels. - Familiarity with on-prem and cloud deployments, including the challenges and opportunities associated with each. - Be curious about new technologies, have the desire to learn and get always involved **Education**: Degree in Computer Science or Engineering would be a plus Did you know **Why NetApp?** In a world full of generalists, NetApp is a specialist.
