**Brand Proposition(Creative) Manager**

We are looking for a Brand Proposition
- Creative
- Manager who will support the brand and marketing functions in their goals, in developing and deploying their projects across digital channels, both internal and external. They will promote the RS PRO brand’s online presence on social media by creating a dedicated plan, publishing content and being in charge of moderation.

They will also work together with the internal communications team, ensuring that colleagues across the business remain up to date with RS PRO news, ranges and advantages.

**Location**:Milan
- Sesto San Giovanni - Hybrid This role will be on a hybrid basis where you can work from home and attend our offices at least 1 day per week.

**About the role**

The role-holder will be measured on the following deliverables:
Definition of the brand standard (quality, product, pricing, content etc)

Management of the brand visual & verbal basics

Management and control of brand consistency

Support for brand merchandising, creativity and comm packs for internal and external communication

Management and update of the RS PRO BrandZone and related brand manual

Deal with our network of marketing agencies

Supporting budgeting phases and the purchase order processes

**What we’re looking for**

Bachelor / Master degree Marketing-Science or other related disciplines

Copywriting for short and long-form content

Great team-working skills

Great communication skills

Basic knowledge of graphic design programs (Photoshop, InDesign)

Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
