A Hotel since 1873, Villa d’Este is located in Cernobbio, on Lake Como. Villa d’Este offers 152 rooms and suites, four private Villas, three restaurants, two bars, a floating pool on the lake, a Beauty Center and a Sporting Club with indoor pool, fitness center, sauna and Turkish bath, fitness trails, 8 tennis courts, and a curated selection of activities and experiences to savour the magic of the lake and its sourroundings.

**Talent Aquisition and Engagement Specialist**:
As a Talent Aquisition & Engagement Specialist you will be an essential part of our Talent and Culture Division ensuring all recruitment processes and employee engagement initiatives for our four properties are executed according Villa d'Este policies and are a reflection of our culture.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with talent acquistion processes, methods and strategies, from job posting to placement
Contact and build relationship with external recruitment Partners
Promote contacts with Universities and Hospitality Schools to ensure participation in Job Fair and Career Days relevant to the Company
Plan and execute engagement initiatives to ensure the highest quality of experience for our team
Mantain an high level of engagement of employees promoting Villa D’Este culture and values
Implement and execute an effective and engaging internal communication plan to boost employee morale
Maintain and update all employee records and files
Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files

Job Requirements
Minimum four years’ relevant experience in luxury hotels or restaurant industry in a similar role
Good communication and social skills
Flexibility and proactivity
Attention to details and good planning skills
Ability to communicate and engage employees at all levels of the organization.
Good written and spoken Italian and English language
Legal right to work in Italy
