**MAIN PURPOSE**

Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a** Financial Controlling** & Reporting Specialist** who will cooperate with the team and the manager to ensure strong financial accounting, control and reporting and accuracy of financial information under IFRS and Italian GAAP, for the several Legal Entities of the Richemont Group in Italy & Greece.

The Group owns several of the world’s leading companies in the field of luxury goods, with particular strengths in jewelry (Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Buccellati), luxury watches (IWC, Panerai, Vacheron Constantin, Jeager-LeCoultre, Piaget, Roger Dubuis, Baume & Mercier, Lange & Söhne), Fashion & Accessories (Chloè, Alaïa, Serapian, Delvaux, Dunhill, Peter Millar), and writing instruments (Montblanc), in addition to Online distributors (Watchfinder & Co., YOOX Net-a-Porter).- In Italy the Group is present with an extensive Retail network (boutiques) for most of its Maisons, product development, production facilities, marketing activities, online distributors and a design School (Creative Academy), organised in different Legal Entities._

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Manager, the position will be part of the Controlling & Reporting team (8 people), within the Italy & Greece Richemont Finance department (35 people), and the person will - for some entities in the Group within the market scope:

- Manage General accounting records (e.g. accruals, deferrals, accounting reclassifications, etc);
- Manage Controlling accounting records;
- Manage recurring accruals;
- Accounting Controls and reconciliations;
- Support the preparation of monthly Reporting Packages in compliance with Group Principles and IFRS;
- Monitor of Intercompany Reconciliations for Reporting purposes;
- Support the preparation of the statutory financial statements;
- Manage internal control activities on reporting activities;
- Cooperate closely with internal and/or external auditors.
- Provide data and support to the FP&A department to facilitate the preparation and update of forecasts and budgets.
- Support the tax calculations and transfer pricing activities in cooperation with tax advisors.
- Participate to adhoc projects, analysis, reports set up.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Background**
- Degree/Bachelor in Economics or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in General Accounting and/or Financial Controlling & Reporting and/or in a primary audit firm.

**Languages Knowledge**
- Fluent in Italian and English.

**IT Knowledge**
- Microsoft Office Excellence
- SAP knowledge will be a plus
