**MAIN PURPOSE**

The **Financial Controlling** & Reporting Specialist (Greek Speaker)** cooperates with the team and the manager to ensure strong financial accounting, control and reporting and accuracy of financial information under IFRS and Italian GAAP, for the several Legal Entities of the Richemont Group in Italy & Greece, with main focus on the Greek Branch.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Manager, the position will be part of the Controlling & Reporting team (8 people), within the Italy & Greece Richemont Finance department (35 people), and the person will - for some entities in the Group within the market scope and especially for the branch in Greece:

- Manage General accounting records (e.g. accruals, deferrals, accounting reclassifications, etc);
- Manage Controlling accounting records;
- Manage recurring accruals;
- Accounting Controls and reconciliations;
- Support the preparation of monthly Reporting Packages in compliance with Group Principles and IFRS;
- Monitor of Intercompany Reconciliations for Reporting purposes;
- Support the preparation of the statutory financial statements;
- Manage internal control activities on reporting activities;
- Cooperate closely with internal and/or external auditors.
- Provide data and support to the FP&A department to facilitate the preparation and update of forecasts and budgets.
- Support the tax calculations, transfer pricing and tax compliance activities in cooperation with tax advisors.
- Participate to adhoc projects, analysis, reports set up.
- Support the Greek external advisors on posting invoices and costs bookkeeping.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Background**
- Degree/Bachelor in Economics or Business Administration
- 1-3 years of experience in General Accounting and/or Financial Controlling & Reporting and/or in a primary audit firm.

**Languages Knowledge**
- Fluent in modern Greek and English.
- Elementary knowledge of Italian and willingness to learn.

**IT Knowledge**
- Microsoft Office Excellence
- SAP knowledge will be a plus
