Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, struttura 5 stelle Lusso nel cuore di Milano, è alla ricerca di figura di Housekeeping Operations a completamento della propria struttura interna.
La figura ricercata, inserita all’interno del reparto Housekeeping in supporto all’Ufficio Risorse Umane, avrà un focus operativo e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Creazione della turnistica settimanale del reparto con ottimizzazione e gestione delle risorse;
- Gestione e pianificazione piani ferie;
- Verifica dell'applicazione degli standard qualitativi LQA e di Palazzo Parigi;
- Interazione con tutti i reparti che compongono la struttura.
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in alberghi organizzati in contesti similari;
- Interesse per l’operatività alberghiera di lusso;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Desiderio di contribuire allo sviluppo del reparto implementando nuove procedure.
Completano il profilo: professionalità, flessibilità e capacità di gestione delle risorse.
La conoscenza del gestionale Opera costituisce un plus.
Residenza e/o domicilio in loco o in zone limitrofe costituiscono titolo preferenziale.
Nei turni di lavoro sono sempre compresi il sabato, la domenica e i giorni festivi.
