**Come Agency Operations & Office Manager,** sarai la figura di riferimento per il coordinamento dei processi interni, le decisioni strategiche in ambito marketing e commerciale, lavorando a stretto contatto con la direzione per garantire efficienza operativa, supporto amministrativo, il tutto in un ambiente di lavoro stimolante.

**Responsabilità Principali**
- Coordinare flussi di lavoro ordinati e puntuali.
- Gestire fornitori e partner di servizi ottimizzando costi e contratti.
- Supportare il management nella pianificazione di risorse, budget operativi e scadenze amministrative.
- Supervisionare l’organizzazione di riunioni interne, eventi aziendali e momenti di team building.
- Essere punto di contatto per lo staff su procedure interne, policy aziendali e necessità quotidiane.
- Collaborare con il team HR su onboarding e supporto al personale.

**Requisiti**
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Office Manager, Operations Coordinator o simili, preferibilmente in contesti creativi/digital.
- Eccellenti capacità organizzative, attenzione ai dettagli e attitudine multitasking.
- Competenze di base in amministrazione (budget, fornitori, contratti).
- Buone doti relazionali e comunicative, sia in italiano che in inglese.
- Familiarità con tool di collaborazione e project management (Google Workspace, Slack, Click Up).
- Proattività, problem solving e spirito collaborativo.
