**Job summary**

**The specialist will work alongside the Head of Alumni Career Services & Industry Relationships in the implementation of the new projects at the worldwide level of Istituto Marangoni. He/she will support the Head of in the main activities related to the development of I’M Alumni engagement at a global level and to create stronger relations with the Companies in the Fashion, Design and Arts Industries with the objective of creating new career opportunities for the students and Alumni of IM.**:
**The specialist will also work on continuous analysis of the I’M Alumni career path in order to create specific activities aimed to create more and more engagement in the I’M Alumni Community.**:
**The specialist will have to use the Digital Platform (CSM recruiting and Alumni community) working to maintain and monitor all the activities implemented both at a local and worldwide level but also to constantly keep updated the I’M Alumni DataBase.**:
**In addition, the specialist will support the Head of Alumni Career Services & Industry Relationships in the execution of the tailor-made projects developed by the new B2B division IM Corporate Lab.**:
**All these activities require a strong ability in Project Management and a creative and open-minded approach that will be aimed to create new opportunities of collaboration with the different stakeholders (students, Alumni and companies) of Istituto Marangoni at a Group level.**:
**Key purpose of the role**
- ** Have a deep knowledge of Istituto Marangoni’s competitors with a focus on Career Service, Industry Relations and Alumni activities**:

- ** Continuous scouting of notable I’M Alumni with the objective of engaging them as I’M Ambassadors and creating new services and projects dedicated to the Community**:

- ** Support the Head of Alumni Career Services & Industry Relationships in the new projects maintaining relationships also with Fashion, Design and Art system.**:

- ** Work on the update of the database of the students, Alumni and Partners on Symplicity**:

- ** Create contents for the social media channels dedicated to I’M Alumni Community to give visibility to all the projects and the notable Alumni stories**:

- ** Monitor and have a knowledge of the Fashion, Design and Art market with a focus on the need for competencies and skills in order to create new opportunities for collaborations**:

- ** Propose/suggest creative ideas and solutions on how to improve Career Services and Students’ satisfaction levels and Alumni engagement at a global level**:
**Education & skills**
- ** Bachelor’s degree**:

- ** Excellent communications skills and proactive approach**:

- ** Data driven mindset and ability to report and manage data accurately and meet deadlines (previous experience of inputting and quality checking large volumes of data will be an advantage)**:

- ** A team player, with strong administrative skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with attention to details**:

- ** Practical approach to problem solving and results driven attitude**:

- ** Project management skills**:

- ** English language - full proficiency required, (French language desirable)**:

- ** Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office essential**:

- ** A good knowledge of the main Social Media**:

- ** Interest in career and employability development, passion for higher education, fashion, design and art are highly desirable**:
