For the Italian branch of a small German Company, we are looking for a Finance Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Help to develop and manage the company's financial strategy and budget, ensuring that financial objectives are met
- Conduct financial analysis, including financial modelling and forecasting, to support business decisions
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for change
- Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and financial projections
- Manage treasury, capital structure and risk management programs. Maintain relationships with banks (inclusive of compliance) and insurance providers to ensure that they are providing cost effective solutions which meet the Company’s need
- Manage relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
- Plan, organize, and direct fiscal and management control functions, cash management (collections, payables, deposits), and business licensing
- Review and ensure accuracy of payroll for all employees
- Supervise and manage the administrative team ensuring that all financial activities are carried out accurately and efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master degree will be considered a plus
- Fluent in English mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role small to mid-size manufacturing companies
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
- Experience in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Experience in financial modelling and forecasting
- Good knowledge of financial regulations and laws
- Strong leadership and management skills
