Il progetto è in crescita ed è necessario potenziare la struttura di servizio assistenza clienti. Siamo quindi alla ricerca di un

**ADDETTO CUSTOMER CARE**

da inserire in tempi brevi nel team di gestione della piattaforma di e-commerce.
- Gestire tempestivamente le richieste dei clienti attraverso telefono, chat e mail gestire le richieste di informazione
- Gestire gli ordini sulla piattaforma e-commerce
- Interagire con i Partners (reperimento articoli, tempi di consegna)
- Interagire con i corrieri (tracking degli ordini, giacenze, blocchi, ritardi)
- Gestire i reclami ed i resi

**Requisiti**
- Forte orientamento al Cliente;
- Gestione dello stress;
- Attitudine alla mediazione;
- Doti comunicative e relazionali;
- Capacità di ascolto e problem solving;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese;
- Buona conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera, tra le seguenti: Francese, Tedesco, Spagnolo
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel e Word)

**Formazione**

Laurea in materie linguistiche / amministrative o diploma con esperienza equivalente

**Contratto**
