Survitec, the world’s leading survival technology company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Marine division in Genoa, Italy. This is a newly created role with a clear purpose: supporting our distributor network and helping ensure life-saving equipment reaches those who need it most.

As a Customer Service Representative at Survitec, you won’t just process orders - you’ll be a trusted partner to our customers involved in the entire customer journey, from first quotation to after-sales support, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and solution-focused.

You’ll work daily in Italian and English, collaborate with international teams, and play a direct role in protecting lives across the Mediterranean and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivering advanced product and service information while resolving complex customer inquiries.
- Processing quotations and orders (including customized requests) and coordinating delivery with internal teams.
- Building strong customer relationships through proactive outbound communication.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalations.
- Maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM system to support business growth.
- Understanding customer needs, offering technical guidance, and collaborating with technical specialists for tailored solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Staying up to date with industry trends through training and development opportunities.
- Performing additional duties as required by management.

**About You - Skills & Qualifications**

**To succeed in this role, you will bring**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service experience and professional telephone manner (marine industry experience is a plus)
- Confidence in handling complex, non-standard cases - we don’t use scripts, and we value creative problem-solving
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset with great attention to detail
- Fluency in Italian and English, spoken and written
