**Essential Responsibilities**

- Manage relationships with suppliers, manage problems and schedule changes and update ERP

- Develop in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy

- Use your interpersonal skills to communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered

- Provide informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information to others in straightforward situations

- Execute activities/provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures

- Use technical expertise and judgement to solve problems, leverage technical skills and analytic thinking

**Qualifications/Requirements**

- Master’s Degree in Engineering or other technical field or Bachelor’s Degree with previous significant experience in the role

- Previous experience in Sourcing, Buying, Procurement or Supplier Management role

- Strong analytic capability and interest in market dynamics and problem solving

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions

- Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously

- Ability to work in a matrix organization

- Fluent Italian and English

- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
