- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Admin
- Provide general administration services and manage vendors
- office supplies, uniform, company vehicles, furniture, lockers and more
- Handle invoices related Head of Manufacturing
- Manage company assets belonging in Head of Manufacturing
- General Secretary
- Co-ordinates appointments/ Conferences for operation team to ensure that meetings happen, as required.
- Support arranging travel itineraries for visitors to ensure visit requirements and objectives are met.
- Arranges meetings, as required by Ops top team, in order to ensure that all required facilities are available
- Be responsible for supporting of all efficient working condition for Operation Expats.
- Provides necessary document(LOI) for Operation Expats.
- Be co-operative for smooth and efficient communication.
- REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree from a recognized university or relevant professional qualifications.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- High personal integrity and flexibility
- Inter-personal communication skills
