Customer Experience Manager

The challenge

What you will do
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to support the service mission of providing the BEST Consumer Experience which meets promises of Brands and create a PREMIUM CLASS Reputation among our consumers in IoT era
- Coordinate the marketing related projects connected to the Service Branding and Communication and the Service Digital Transformation in the interaction with consumers

What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Marketing, MBA, Business, Business/Administration, Communications, Economics, Management, Education, Graduate, Communication
- Seniority: 3 years experience in Marketing and Communication management in structured Companies
- English language full proficiency
- Strong background in Marketing and Communication management
- Digital Marketing
- Proactivity and excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willing to work flexibly to ensure that business objectives are met
- Problem solving and process oriented
- People and time management
- Supervision and leadership
