One of the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a resource for its Bologna office to be included in the Insurance Business Line, dedicated to insurance consulting.

**MAIN TASKS**:

- Analysis of the market and offerings in asset management and insurance;
- Design of processes/service models related to distribution networks of financial and insurance intermediaries.

***EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Master's degree with excellent grades in economics/finance, statistics, management engineering or related master's degree;
- Experience, even if brief, within consulting companies in the banking/insurance field or in the Asset Management, Wealth Management/Private banking/Insurance areas of financial or insurance intermediaries will be a plus;
- Participation in projects involving the implementation of information systems to support sales and consulting activities of commercial networks of financial or insurance intermediaries in the area of Personal Financial Planning will be an advantage.

**S**OFT SKILLS**:

- Excellent diagnostic, problem solving, communication, work organization, time management and team working skills
- Good knowledge of the English language is a must, knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated.
