**CUSTOMER CARE SALES REPRESENTATIVE**:
Cerchi un lavoro flessibile, part time che ti permetta di bilanciare vita privata e lavorativa?

Verrai inserito/a nel team di Customer Care che si occupa di fornire consulenza telefonica o offline ai clienti attuali e potenziali per l’acquisto di polizze e servizi di assistenza

**REQUISITI**:

- diploma di scuola superiore
- orientamento al cliente ed empatia
- abilità di negoziazione, buona dialettica e capacità comunicative
- capacità di lavorare in team
- dinamismo e voglia di mettersi in gioco, accettando nuove sfide
- dimestichezza nell’uso degli strumenti informatici

Il lavoro si svolge in modalità ibrida (almeno 8 giornate al mese in presenza) e il periodo di formazione iniziale verrà svolto in sede (Via del Mulino, 4 - Assago - MI)

**PROPOSTA CONTRATTUALE**: assunzione a TEMPO DETERMINATO iniziale di 6 mesi con possibilità di conferma a tempo indeterminato, orario PART TIME su turni flessibili, inquadramento da definire in base all’esperienza - CCNL ANIA Assistenza
