**Descrizione**:
GoVolt srl, azienda operante nel settore del delivery e logística dell'ultimo miglio è alla ricerca di una/un **LIVE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST** da inserire all’interno del team di Control Room.

Il ruolo prevede una **copertura su turni** al fine di garantire la continuità di tutti i **servizi di delivery** dedicato e **logística per conto terzi**, oltre che la fornitura di assistenza e supporto ai riders, agendo tempestivamente in caso di necessità, prevenendo il manifestarsi di disservizi durante i turni di consegna.

La figura ricercata si occuperà, oltre a ciò, di attività ordinarie a **supporto del team.**

**Principali attività**:

- Organizzazione, supporto e monitoring degli operatori della flotta durante i turni di consegna;
- Tracciamento e analisi dei dati raccolti per il continuo miglioramento del servizio e compilazione reportistica del team di Live Operations;
- Assistenza per garantire il massimo livello di servizio ai nostri clienti.

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma di scuola superiore/Laurea;
- Conoscenza base del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Outlook;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana.

**Soft Skills**: orientamento al teamwork, flessibilità, concretezza e spirito collaborativo, problem-solving, capacità di analisi e di pianificazione/organizzazione del lavoro, proattività.

**Contratto di lavoro**: apprendistato

**Retribuzione**: 1000€ / mese

**Orari di lavoro**:5/7 giorni su turni, **weekend compresi**
- mattina: 7:00 - 15:00
- sera: 15:00 - 23:00

**Sede di lavoro**: Milano (Dateo/ Lambrate) valutare la distanza dal luogo di residenza.
