Siamo alla ricerca di un* **pastry chef**pronto a entrare nel cuore pulsante del nostro laboratorio per contribuire alla crescita di **SPÙN**, il brand milanese specializzato in _tiramisù da passeggio_.

Cosa farai:

- Preparazione quotidiana dei nostri tiramisù in diversi gusti
- Sviluppo di nuove ricette stagionali e limited edition
- Supervisione delle procedure di produzione e conservazione
- Controllo qualità e standard igienico-sanitari

Chi cerchiamo:

- Esperienza nel mondo della pasticceria (dolci al cucchiaio e monoporzioni, preferibilmente)
- Precisione, autonomia e attenzione ai dettagli
- Spirito di squadra e voglia di crescere in un ambiente dinamico
- È un plus la conoscenza delle basi di food cost e organizzazione del laboratorio

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €1.500,00 - €1.800,00 al mese
