Fall asleep under frescoes in high-ceilinged rooms, dine on authentic Italian dishes on the airy veranda and recover from a day of shopping and sightseeing with a massage in our sleek, modern Spa.About the role:We currently have an opportunity for a **Junior Sous Chef Pastry** to join our iconic Hotel, **Four Seasons Milano, Italy**## ## What you will do:Reporting to the **Executive Pastry Chef**, you will support the daily operations of the Pastry Kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation across all pastry preparations.You will assist in supervising the pastry team, coordinating mise en place, and contributing to the production of desserts, baked goods, and pastry items for restaurants, banquets, in-room dining, and special events.
