About the Role We currently have an opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef Pastry to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano, Italy What You Will Do Reporting to the Executive Pastry Chef , you will support the daily operations of the Pastry Kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation across all pastry preparations. You will assist in supervising the pastry team, coordinating mise en place, and contributing to the production of desserts, baked goods, and pastry items for restaurants, banquets, in‑room dining, and special events. You will help maintain food safety and hygiene standards, control food costs, and support menu development through creativity and innovation, while upholding Four Seasons culinary excellence. You will also play an active role in training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment, and ensuring smooth communication between the pastry kitchen and other departments.
