**MARKETING, COMMUNICATION & BRAND POSITIONING MANAGER - GAS & POWER**

Per il nostro Gruppo, attivo nel settore della vendita di gas ed energia elettrica con uno spirito evolutivo, sia in termini organizzativi che di relazione con l’esterno, stiamo cercando un/a

**Marketing, Communication & Brand Positioning Manager**

che verrà inserito/a all’interno dell’Ufficio Marketing& Communication per presidiare e coordinare:

- La Corporate Communication per il Gruppo Augusta Ratio, comprendente il Brand Positioning della capogruppo e il supporto allo sviluppo e all’implementazione dei piani editoriali per i canali “social” dei Brand Commerciali e delle altre società del Gruppo;
- Il Marketing Operativo inteso nella creazione di un piano di comunicazione efficace per raggiungere gli obiettivi di business, facendo da punto di riferimento per la gestione di relazioni con le agenzie di comunicazione partner sia per l’organizzazione degli eventi che delle attività di co-branding.

Farà inoltre da supporto alla divisione commerciale per lo sviluppo di materiale formativo e comunicativo per la forza vendita, con particolare focus nella:

- Progettazione e gestione delle attività promozionali locali, in particolari relative agli uffici territoriali/sales point;
- Implementazione di iniziative di “retention” e successivo monitoraggio;
- Creazione di reportistica e analisi delle performance di specifiche iniziative di Marketing.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Economia/Marketing o similari;
- Buona conoscenza delle attività di Social Media Marketing;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
- Attitudini creative;
- Attitudine al problem solving;
- Propensione alla comunicazione interpersonale;
- Capacità al lavoro in team con un approccio attivo, collaborativo e positivo;
- Attitudine alla ricerca e all’aggiornamento continui su tematiche legate il digital Marketing.

Eventuali precedenti esperienze nel settore energia costituiscono elementi preferenziali.

Esperienza mínima richiesta: 3-4 anni.
