**Marketing and Communication Manager - WW**

La risorsa, riportando direttamente alla Proprietà, si occuperà della gestione e dello sviluppo delle attività di Marketing e Comunicazione a livello Worldwide coordinando un team a diretto riporto al fine di aumentare la brand awareness e promuovere attività a livello Retail, Wholesale e Digital del brand.

**Responsabilità**:

- Responsabilità generale per lo sviluppo della brand awareness e dell’identità aziendale a livello internazionale;
- Definizione e implementazione dei piani strategici di Marketing e Comunicazione a livello Omnichannel, coerentemente con il posizionamento del brand;
- Sviluppo attività di Trade e Retail Marketing volte all’incremento dell’in-store traffic (Retail e Wholesale) monitorandone i kpi’s;
- Supporto alla Proprietà con tutte le strategie di Marketing ed Eventi e le iniziative specifiche del mercato (direct mail, eventi, progetti di sensibilizzazione, iniziative di marketing, ecc.) per promuovere le vendite e costruire un database clienti;
- Creazione della strategia sui social media e dei relativi contenuti coordinandosi con gli altri dipartimenti e provider esterni;
- Pianificazione e gestione del budget Marketing e Comunicazione;
- Scouting e monitoraggio delle attività dei competitor e delle tendenze di mercato nel mondo del Lusso al fine di proporre strategie di marketing e posizionamento finalizzate allo sviluppo della brand awareness;
- Creazione e gestione degli eventi Corporate e in store in collaborazione con le altre divisioni;
- Gestione del team a riporto di Marketing e Comunicazione;
- Coordinamento Ufficio Stampa.

**Requisiti**:

- 8-10 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo all’interno del settore fashion di alta gamma o Lusso in ruoli di responsabile Marketing e Comunicazione;
- Conoscenza di Digital Marketing e conseguente supervisione del team;
- Conoscenza del mercato americano;
- Ottima conoscenza delle dinamiche dei mercati internazionali;
- Capacità di gestione, pianificazione e organizzazione ben sviluppate;
- Doti di leadership, orientamento ai risultati, problem solving;
- Sviluppate capacità di comunicazione e interazione con i diversi dipartimenti;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Flessibilità e disponibilità a trasferte sui territori di competenza.
