Marketing & Communication Manager

Our customers are pharmaceutical and consumer health companies, medical device manufacturers, distributors, payers, government agencies and the financial community.

We are currently looking for a **Marketing & Communication Manager**

**This role will be responsible to lead all the internal and external activities in relation with Marketing & Communication with the aim to develop the company communication strategy in Italy**.

Main accountabilities:

- Ensure successful positioning of IQVIA brand, its products, and services to both existing clients and new audiences and/or prospects
- Develop appropriate positioning and messaging to promote IQVIA and its services, ensuring external communications messages and campaigns are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization
- Working within a highly matrixed organization, develop and manage comprehensive, cohesive and measurable marketing plans for the assigned business units, linking to other business units as required.
- Lead all the communications and edit contents with the support of other team members and external providers, orchestrating overall IQVIA Italia communications
- Manage IQVIA Media Relations working with media outlets to support publish company contents
- Be responsible for IQVIA Italy social media accounts and report social media performance on a recurring basis
- Leveraging IQVIA contents plan, develop and share original contents through IQVIA Italy social accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Lead the organization of IQVIA events in Italy
- Deal with external agencies and appropriate internal functional groups to execute agreed-upon plan/program.
- Manage Marketing and Comms Budget, allocate costs and keep track of available resources to cover marketing plan needs
- Coordinate the local effort to support EMEA and Global Marcomms initiatives
- Support the collaboration between countries, business leaders, other corporate functional teams and Global Marketing Strategic Leads Support
- Corporate Social Responsibility: you will be responsible for helping to develop initiatives relating to the Company’s ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities, ensuring a positive impact on local communities and the environment, raising awareness of IQVIA social responsibility commitments

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- MSc degree in Economics, Communications and Marketing
- ** At least 6+ years’ experience in media agencies or Marketing & Communication department in B2B context**:

- ** Proficiency both in English and Italian**:

- ** Pharmaceutical/Healthcare** industry experience/knowledge is a plus**:

- Excellent writing skills
- Proven knowledge of digital channels and social media platforms
- Excellent Project management skills
- Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with marketing and business-related departments
- Pharmaceutical experience/knowledge helpful
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
