Marketing & Communication Manager Italy (M/W)Place of employment: Milan, ItalyContract type: Permanent JobRequired experience: Minimum 5 yearsWork mode: Full TimePositionTAG Heuer: Swiss Avant-Garde watchmaker since ****.Avant-Garde is our culture and philosophy.Our unique heritage is built on a disruptive mindset, an innovative approach, and a cool and free-minded spirit to think ahead and establish records.The TAG Heuer watches and chronographs are an authentic concentration of innovation, design and engineering for bold, self-confident people who are connected to the future.If you like challenges, out-of-the-box thinking and teamwork, there is an opportunity for you as we are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Communication Manager.Marketing & Communication Manager Italy PurposeReporting directly to the General Manager, the Marketing & Communication Manager will oversee the development and delivery of the brand online and offline marketing to drive brand awareness, desirability, and sales performance.You will translate HQ strategic brand objectives into local brand plans for your market.This includes establishing a 360 marketing plan overseeing trade marketing, paid media, PR & influencers, events & sponsorships.Main Missions360 Marketing PlansAccording to international Brand guidelines, develop a yearly marketing strategy that helps build the brand, reinforce the brand positioning, and drive traffic & engagementDefine a yearly marketing plan covering: PR, Media, Events, Influencers & SponsoringLead and supervise the marketing team of 3 talents: Marketing 360 Project Manager, PR Project Manager & InternManage ROI and effectiveness of marketing activities across business channels – being sell-out and profitability drivenDefine and respect all yearly marketing budgetsBe the link between the TAG Heuer HQ and the market to broadcast reporting, optimize plans, identify opportunities and push campaigns furtherTrade MarketingCollaborate with area managers and wholesale partners to implement co-op promotions and initiativesDevelop marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging across all the posMedia strategyRespect HQ media guidelines and touchpoints repartition in elaborating theBrief and define annual media plan with our media agencyFor each campaign, clarify the objectives and thus define the budget, the targeted population, the assets and the media used (Offline: OOH, Print / Online: Social media, Digital)Develop and implement creative solutions to increase awareness, drive traffic to store, and convert online drive and convert more visitorsMonitor performanceOptimize content, campaigns and key learningsPR & InfluencersGrow the TAG Heuer's PR share of voiceManage the PR Project Manager to write and distribute press releases, pitch stories to journalists, organize press conferences, and respond to media inquiriesIdentify, recruit, and nurture relationships with key journalists, key influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our brand message and reach target audiencesEvents & sponsorship activationsContribute to developing, producing and delivering events to support key launches or institutional eventsCoordinate with high-end suppliers to bring premium and luxurious project, ensuring timely execution of various eventsManage and oversee local Formula 1 Grand Prix activation, coordinating with HQ for seamless execution of marketing, logistics, and event managementEnsure set-up and deployment of new partnership to maximize brand awareness, brand desirability and ROIReportingLead budget presentations to the General Manager / HQ when it comes to MarketingUnderstand, monitor and report on the evolving competitive landscapeGet consumer insights to extract learnings to help defining the CRM and trade strategiesBe the expert of your market quantitative and qualitative monthly and quarterly brand performance report: consumer & competitive knowledge, 360 activations reports, best practices, media planProfile Profile RequiredMaster degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Development8+ years' experience in marketing, retail and/or digitalFluent in EnglishStrong negotiation skills & Inspirational personality to drive projectsStrong understanding of the retail environment in fast moving industriesStrong planning and analytical skillsExperienced CRM and customer loyalty builderStrong affinity for the watchmaking industryEntrepreneurial / startup mindset, hands on, adaptabilityInterpersonal and relationship-building skills, collaborative team playerDetail oriented while keeping bigger picture focusSolution-driven, focused and organizedStrong verbal and written communication skillsCreative and passionate about new trends in lifestyle & motorsport#J-*****-Ljbffr
