Training Manager Italy (M/W)Join to apply for the Training Manager Italy (M/W) role at TAG Heuer.TAG Heuer: the Swiss Avant-Garde watchmaker since ****.Avant-garde is our culture and philosophy.Our unique heritage is built on a disruptive mindset, an innovative approach and a cool and free-minded spirit to think ahead and establish records.The TAG Heuer watches and chronographs are an authentic concentration of innovation, design and engineering for bold, self-confident people who are connected to the future.An exciting opportunity within a dynamic and fast-growing business awaits the right candidate.This is a busy but friendly environment that will suit an organized person with a great balance of having an eye for detail and high-level view and paired with plenty of team spirit.Job ResponsibilitiesAdapt and animate TAG Heuer training programs across Italy, acting as a business partner with the Sales and Marketing teamsAlongside HQ Training team, develop and co-build training and coaching programs using the appropriate tools (client experience, sales techniques, product & know-how training, history and Maison DNA)Build a Retail training path to support the direct distribution and guide the development of the sales associatesSet-up a dedicated coaching program Boutique and POSSupport top management on training needs, linked to business prioritiesBuild with the Wholesale team a dedicated training strategy for distributors (animation and training for key partners), linked to business priorities to develop the sell-outPilot Mystery Shopping waves in liaison with the sales teams: develop Retail excellence (sales ceremony, client experience, CRM activity, etc.) alongside the store managersFollow-up and reporting of the training activities (ROI, e-learning tool) with an emphasis on continuous improvementProfileYou have a Bachelor's degree and above with min. 5 years of experience (sales, boutique supervision, training)You also have min. 3 years of retail specific training experience and ideally 2 years of project management experience (organized and details oriented)You are fluent in Italian and EnglishYou have a global vision & understanding of the retail networkYou have a proven ability to adeptly prioritize, organize and manage multiple projectsYou can work well with others as well as independently with minimal supervisionYou have an expertise with the entire Microsoft Office SuiteYou have outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skillsYou are able to travel 70% or your work timeYou have a good sense of humor, charismatic, enthusiasticSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesRetail Luxury Goods and JewelryReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at TAG Heuer by 2x.Get notified about new Training Manager jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
