Sella Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) is the business division of Gruppo Sella specialized in corporate finance transactions: M&A advisory, capital raising (Private Equity, listing on Stock Exchange), corporate bond issuance, debt structuring and Leveraged Finance of Sella Group.

Join our fast-paced Execution team as a Marketing Analyst Intern. This is a unique opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a vibrant corporate finance environment. As a crucial member of the team, you will directly support our marketing efforts, contributing to the execution of dynamic marketing and communication plans, activities, events, and strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
- Drive Growth: Promote sales, foster customer satisfaction, and enhance customer loyalty through proactive support and activation of marketing initiatives.- Event Management: Contribute to the organization of internal and external events, ensuring flawless execution and impactful experiences.- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis and monitoring of marketing activities and market trends to guide strategic decision-making.- Communication Support: Facilitate internal and external communication initiatives to strengthen brand presence and engagement.- Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation and elaboration of compelling internal and external documents and presentations.- Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to improving marketing and sales execution processes for enhanced efficiency.

**Requirements**:
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Management or Marketing from a Tier-1 university, showcasing a keen interest in the dynamic field of Corporate Finance.- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite.- Fluent in English, ideally complemented by an educational or working experience abroad.- Data-Driven: Possess a strong analytical mindset with a keen ability to derive insights from data, contributing to informed decision-making.- Proactive: Demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks, anticipating needs, and actively seeking opportunities to contribute to the team's success.- Curious: Display a natural curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and stay abreast of industry trends, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
