Fund Operations Analyst - Private Debt MISSIONS: You will integrate the Fund Operations Private Debt team in Milan and will be on your assigned funds notably in charge of **Transactions** - Support closing of investments (loan settlement / funding of direct lending) - Coordination of capital calls from & distributions to investors. **Performance Monitoring** - Funds' NAV calculation and control (in conjunction with service providers), - Contribution to quarterly investors' reporting; - Contribute to funds modelling (actual and forecasted performance) and monitoring of budgets. **Controlling and Reporting** - Monitoring of funds' treasury and investment capacities ("dry powder") - Monitoring of assets (investment, interest payments, reimbursement..) and commitments (fund raising, capital calls, distributions...) in the systems (notably Efront) - Maintaining operational key information in the systems (notably Efront) - Ad hoc analysis for the Fund Managers or Investors. **Funds Operation** - Selection and Management of providers (custodians, accountants, auditors...) - Coordination of accounting and payments. - ______________ La risorsa selezionata entrerà a far parte del team "Fund Operations Private Debt" con sede a Milano e sarà responsabile di un portafoglio di fondi, contribuendo allo svolgimento delle seguenti attività in costante coordinamento con il team Fund Operations di Parigi: **Transactions** - Supporto agli Investment Team in fase di chiusura degli investimenti (loans / direct lending) - Gestione dei richiami di capitale dagli investitori - Gestione delle distribuzioni agli investitori **Performance Monitoring** - Calcolo e controllo del NAV dei fondi (in coordinamento con i Service Provider/Fund Accounting esterni) - Predisposizione della reportistica periodica per gli investitori - Monitoraggio delle performance dei fondi (attuali e previsionali) e predisposizione/monitoraggio dei relativi budget **Controlling and Reporting** - Monitoraggio della tesoreria dei fondi e delle relative capacità di investimento ("dry powder") - Monitoraggio degli asset (investimenti, pagamenti di interessi, rimborsi, ecc.) e degli impegni (raccolta di fondi, chiamate di capitale, distribuzioni, ecc.) dei fondi nei sistemi (in particolare Efront) - Registrazione e monitoraggio delle informazioni operative chiave nei sistemi (in particolare Efront) - Analisi ad hoc per i gestori dei fondi o gli investitori **Funds Operation** - Selezione e gestione dei principali fornitori di servizi (banche depositarie, fund accounting, auditors, ecc.) Coordinamento della contabilità e dei pagamenti periodici PROFILE: - 2+ year experience in financial controlling / auditing / consulting - Ability to work in a challenging and fast growing environment - Analytical skills / Ability to synthesize - Strong experience with Excel - knowledge of Efront an advantage - Team player with strong communication skills - Fluency in English (French is a strong plus). - ______________ - Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ambito financial controlling / revisione contabile / consulenza - Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente stimolante, internazionale ed in rapida crescita - Capacità analitiche / Capacità di sintesi - Ottima conoscenza di Excel (eventuale conoscenza di Efront costituisce un plus) - Spirito di squadra e ottime capacità comunicative - Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese (eventuale conoscenza del francese costituisce un plus).
