In ambito Retail (Vendita, Service, Customer Relation) cerchiamo Apple Sales Specialist, per il nostro store di Napoli che, in collaborazione con i suoi colleghi di reparto, si occupi di varie attività, in tutto o in parte, tra cui:

- Accoglienza del cliente e analisi dei bisogni finalizzata alla vendita o al Service.
- Proposta delle soluzioni Apple e dell’ecosistema sw, terze parti e accessori.
- Cura dell'esposizione dei prodotti nella show room secondo il planogramma (schema espositivo) e relativi aggiornamenti, previsti da Apple e da R-Store.
- Aggiornamento e corretta esposizione del materiale di merchandising.
- Primo supporto nella risoluzione di problematica di utilizzo dispositivi Apple.
- Customer relation attraverso i canali messi a disposizione dall'azienda.
- Gestione code e anagráfica clienti in ambito Service Desk.

**Il Professionista Ideale Presenta Le Seguenti Caratteristiche**:

- Minima esperienza in ambito Retail e preferibilmente nell’elettronica di consumo.
- Uso e interesse per i dispositivi Apple e dell’ecosistema.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Capacità di relazione con i clienti.
- Teamworking.
- Proattività.
- Resilienza.
