Umana S.p.a. ricerca per importante azienda del settore automotive di Roma un FIELD SERVICE SPECIALIST.

La risorsa selezionata si occuperà delle attività di seguito:

- Supporto ai rivenditori e alle aziende nella configurazione locale dei servizi di mobilità come il car sharing;
- Installazione Vubox e supporto alla predisposizione della documentazione contrattuale;
- Generazione della domanda locale attraverso lo scouting, il coinvolgimento e il supporto alle vendite per il car pooling;
- Implementazione dei processi di promozione dell’app multimodale relativa ai servizi di mobilità;
- Definire il Blueprint (piani aziendali, organizzazione dei concessionari, processi, formazione, requisiti di lancio del servizio);
- Supportare i Concessionari nella definizione del ruolo, delle responsabilità e delle attività relative ai servizi di mobilità;
- Individuare e definire corsi di formazione per i Concessionari per migliorare le specifiche esigenze aziendali;
- Supportare il cliente diretto rispetto ai servizi di mobilità in termini di impatto fiscale, personalizzazione della dashboard di monitoraggio della CO2, definizione del piano di incentivazione interno e implementazione del piano di comunicazione.

- Gradita esperienza pregressa nel settore automobilistico acquisita in aree commerciali;
- Spiccate capacità relazionali, comunicative e di team working;
- Buona capacità di negoziazione;
- Buone capacità di analisi dei dati, pianificazione e organizzazione del lavoro quotidiano;
- Buona capacità di gestione dello stress e dei picchi di lavoro;
- Disponibilità a viaggiare su tutto il territorio nazionale e propensione a lavorare per obiettivi;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Mentalità curiosa, creativa e positiva.

Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato, RAL da valutare in base all'esperienza.
