**Location**: Milan

As HR Advisor and reporting to the HR Manager Italy, you will provide support in HR topics locally.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Be the focal point for employees HR queries
- Handle the **onboarding** of new colleagues in Italy;
- Support on people processes, **compensation and benefits**;
- Assist on general **HR administration** and payroll activities;
- Coordinate **internal HR communication**;
- Support on **development and training** of the workforce;
- Collaborate on projects with HR Colleagues across Statkraft in **different geographies **at local and regional level

**Qualifications**:

- University degree within a relevant field of HR, Business, Legal or Social Sciences;
- Ideal 2-year experience in HR in an international environment;
- A team player with strong communication and relationship building skills
- Basic knowledge of local employment legislation (knowledge of the CCNL Commercio will be considered a plus);
- The ability to deal with confidential queries and tasks;
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- A practical doer who delivers quality results on time;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
