OUR VISION FOR SALES AT BD

At BD, sales go beyond selling products. As the top-tier medical technology company in the ever-transforming healthcare industry, we see how important it is to provide ground breaking solutions. This means changing how we partner with public and private-sector customers to understand their needs and improve patient lives.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Sales reports: editing and updating sales reports in Excel to be shared with each sales rep weekly; also, being a “BI Superuser”, crafting and managing power BI reports
- Marketing expenses: analysis and reports, monthly checking and getting aligned with finance.
- Accounting: new supplier requests; purchase orders to suppliers.
- Collaterals: Editing, updating, ordering, and distributing Italian Promo Mats, collecting information from EU Marketing and Regulatory (brochures, banners/roll-ups, price lists, technical sheets for tenders).
- Archive for tenders: handling and updating the shared archive, with technical sheets, CE certificates, declarations to be used for tenders and others.
- Compliance: collecting information and vital documents, raising requests of authorization in Interaction Hub for each marketing activity (sponsorship of the third-party event, coordinating a BD event, HCP/HCO consultancy) and providing proof of payments and performances to close out the activity once done.
- Third-party events: dealing with coordinating secretariats to define terms of contribution as sponsor company of national congresses, editing contracts, purchasing orders, shipping material, and dealing with suppliers to set the booth if vital.
- BD events: after compliance approval, taking care of contracts, authorizations and all required signatures for speakers and attendees to the event; also handling the organization of the event, logistics and physicians’ requirements (travel/accommodation, etc.).

**About you**:

- Excel and Power BI proficient
- Events organisation experienced
- English proficient
- Service Max experienced preferred
