**Hotel Operations Division Agent**

You would be responsible for supporting the team in delivering a high level of service to the sales teams, who are mainly based in China, South East Asia and Japan.

Your daily job would be to search accommodation for customers in busy and/or remote destinations. You will oversee your own workload, as well as help senior staff with some daily work tasks.

All the information and data will be input and processed in our in-house computer system.

This is an ideal opportunity to gain travel industry experience working for a company renowned for high-quality and attention to detail.

**Skills and Experience**
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential with a second foreign European language preferable
- Ability to work under pressure and in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to prioritise the workload and meet deadlines
- Proactive and problem solving
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Ability to work on their own or as part of a team
- Friendly and efficient telephone manner
- Good team player
- Enthusiastic person with a ‘Yes I can’ attitude

The recruitment process will include a psychometric test and a verbal interview.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 12 mesi

Retribuzione: €21.700,00 all'anno
