Per importante azienda del settore luxury di abbigliamento e accessori cerchiamo 1 addetto al customer service.

Specificatamente la figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- contatto diretto e quotidiano con importanti clienti garantendo un'adeguata assistenza soprattutto per cambi merce e riassortimenti;
- interfaccia con i dipartimenti Credito e Logistica per l'evasione di pagamenti e monitoraggio delle spedizioni;
- interfaccia con il team commerciale per la gestione del cliente;
- gestione del flusso ordini: inserimento ordini nei sistemi, attività di verifica portafoglio, generazione ordini fornitura verso produzione;
- controllo listini, condizioni commerciali, sconti, resi, provvigioni, etichette mercato, flussi direct import;
- predisposizione di file di reportistica;
- contatto e supporto alla rete vendita: spedizione campionari e guide lines di vendita.

Sono richieste:

- esperienza pregressa di almeno due anni in ruoli di Customer Service;
- ottima conoscenza lingua inglese;
- ottime doti analitiche e abilità nell'uso di Excel;
- provenienza dal settore moda;
- buone capacità relazionali e propensione commerciale;
- conoscenza SAP (plus).
