**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the main point of contact between assigned National Paralympic Committees and the functional areas of the Organizing Committee to ensure integrated planning and communication of key information in a timely and reliable manner;
- Lead assigned stakeholders in their pre-game and during-game operations and problem solving, assessing their needs and bringing them to the attention of internal clients with the goal of finding the best solutions;
- Oversee the operations of the assigned NPC relations team and liaise with different functional FAs on specific projects (e.g., service level agreements with different FAs, chef de mission seminars of NPCs, fee schedule, allocation project, recruitment and training of NOC/NPC assistants, etc.);
- Coordination of operational visits and NPC Open Days before the Games, with production of post-meeting reports;
- Supporting the creation of operational guides and manuals as needed;
- Preparing progress reports, if necessary;
- Resources management and multi-project skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Budget and time management skills
- Problem solving, ability to communicate clearly and concisely
