Il nostro cliente è un'importante Realtà operante nella commercializzazione di Beni di Largo Consumo. Per la loro sede nella provincia di Torino nord ricerchiamo:
**Posizione**:
**CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - INGLESE FLUENTE**

La nuova figura nell’ambito della funzione Customer Service Domoliving opererà a diretto riporto del Responsabile dell’Amministrazione, Contabilità e Customer Service occupandosi delle seguenti principali attività:

- Inserimento e gestione anagrafiche clienti
- Gestione ordini di Vendita: dall’emissione alla consegna inserimento ordine a sistema, verifica coerenza prezzi con contratti stipulati con il cliente, applicazione eventuale scontistica, gestione cliente per eventuali prodotti mancanti)
- Gestione trasporti (attivazione operatore logistico e verifica tracking fino alla consegna)
- Gestione ticket e reclami (controllo e chiusura)
- Interfaccia con il cliente per tutte le tematiche relative all’ordine di Vendita (mancanti, errata consegna prodotti, contenziosi su consegne)
- Interfaccia con gli Area Manager per problematiche legate all’ordine

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea triennale o Diploma in ambito Comunicazione, Lingue o affini
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (minimo livello B2)
- Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente nel settore GDO
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel e degli applicativi per la gestione dei dati (ad esempio Access)
- Buone capacità di pianificazione ed organizzazione
- Buone doti comunicative e relazionali
- Predisposizione a lavorare in team
