**You’re perfect for this position if you**:

- Are organised and have proven casework experience in the child-student/student immigration or legal fields
- Have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Can multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Are process driven
- Can prioritise your work effectively
- Have excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Are structured and methodical in your approach to tasks with a high attention to detail

**Your role**:
To work alongside the Managing Director and Client Services Director in managing the day-to-day activities and operations of the Sable International UK Education Corporate Services business, ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to and that customer service levels are maintained.

**Extra points if you have**:

- A relevant business or legal diploma, or degree
- An OISC qualification
- Actively assisted with the preparation of CAS and Child-student visas (for education providers)

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing business relationships with education providers
- Leading a team of Caseworkers and Admin Assistants
- Issuing Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies on behalf of education providers
- Helping the education provider remain compliant with their sponsor responsibilities
- Liaising with agents and partners on behalf of education providers
- Managing inbound client enquiries and communication (online and telephonically)
- Analysing and validating client documentation
- Creating, managing and maintaining client records via our CRM system
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders - acting as the key link between the client, UK Visas and Immigration and Sable International UK Education Corporate Service’s Business Director
- Proactive and reactive consulting
- Formally documenting casework processes and procedures as standard operating procedures for departmental records
