We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support the Sales Department in Italy, that will thrive in a fast-paced environment. The offered position is suitable for a Beginner with vocational qualification or an appropriate academic degree, who wants to develop in Sales. The Sales Administrator will initially provide support to the Sales Department of FDH Italy S.R.L..

**Responsibilities**:

- File and follow up sales and purchasing quotations as instructed by Sales Department, after Training independently
- Support the Managing/Sales Director by taking on administrative tasks
- Build strong relationships with customers based on exceptional customer service
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to provide a comprehensive level of service to our customers
- Occasionally meet customers, suppliers, and colleagues via video conferences or in person for business and training purposes

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Italian vocational qualification, B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluency in Italian and English, further language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork oriented, building networks within international company structures
- Basic Problem-solving skills
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new circumstances
